[FreeBSD] thread-ek

I am part way through implementing native threads under FreeBSD.
The project is called "KSE".. "Kernel Schedulable Entities"

FreeBSD -current is now at the stage where a simple test program can
function and the thread library people can start experimenting with it.

Maybe I can give a talk on it when I am in BP next.. (but that will
probably not be for almost 1 year.)

I spoke with Nathan at USENIX but we need to discuss more..
