[BSD] PHP4 telepitesi gond

Kenytelen voltam elovenni a perl manualokat. Hosszas keresgeles utan 
rajottem, mi a problema.
Azert volt rossz a perl include path, mert a base system-ben is van egy 
perl, de az nem 5.6-os
hanem 5.0-as. Szoval ezt a parancsot kellett futtatni:

use.perl port
