Nem tul valoszinu, hogy sokra menne vele. Ugyanis UDP eseten a masik fel 
kuldi a csomagokat, ahogy atfer a csovon, oszt a router vagy tudja 
tovabbitani oket idoben, vagy eldobja. Ilyen Dummynet/ALTQ megoldasok 
lenyegeben csak a kimeno forgalmat tudjak ugye szabalyozni. TCP eseten 
is elvileg hasonlo a helyzet, csak ott ugye a folyamatos visszacsatolas 
(ACK-ok) miatt a kuldo fel tudja, mikor kell lassitani, igy effektive 
egy bejovo adatfolyam is szabalyozhato ilyen kozvetett modon.
