Lehet, hogy hulye kerdes, de kernelben van 'options SYSVSEM' ?
sysctl kern.ipc mit mond? Es az ipcs -a ?

Masik otlet: egesz veletlenul nem jailben akarod futtatni a postgrest? Mert 
akkor kell neki egy sysctl jail.sysvipc_allowed=1 is.
